At East Park, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

• The quanitiy
• Your shipping preferences (US Standard, 2nd Day, Overnight, International)

Unless otherwise requested, all merchandise will be sent via USPS first then FEDEX as optional.
Unless East Park Research has made an error in shipment, all refunds will not include shipping charges.
Refund Policy

If for some reason Buyer is not satisfied with the product purchased, Buyer can return the product within 90 days, to the following address: 2709 Horseshoe Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89120 Attn: RETURNS. In such event, Company shall provide Buyer a credit for product returned (less shipping and handling charges incurred).
