These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the affiliate program (“Program”) offered by East Park Research (“Company”). By signing up or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
- Program Overview 1.1 The Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to East Park Research’s products and services. 1.2 Commissions are offered as follows:
- 25% of the net sales amount for each product sold through your referral link.
- 10% of the net sales amount for each subscription sold through your referral link. 1.3 Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount after deducting any discounts, returns, taxes, and shipping fees. 1.4 Affiliate commissions do not apply to your own purchases.
- Affiliate Enrollment 2.1 To participate in the Program, you must complete the affiliate application and provide accurate and up-to-date information. 2.2 Company reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application or account at its sole discretion.
- Promotion and Referral Links 3.1 Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique referral link or affiliate code (“Referral Link”). 3.2 You may promote East Park Research’s products and services using approved marketing materials and strategies. 3.3 You must not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or unethical practices in your promotional activities. 3.4 Company reserves the right to request changes or disapprove any promotional materials at its discretion.
- Commission Payouts 4.1 Commissions will be paid out on a regular basis, subject to a minimum payout of $100. 4.2 Payments will be made via PayPal. 4.3 Any taxes or fees applicable to the commission payouts are your sole responsibility. 4.4 Company reserves the right to adjust or withhold commission payments for any fraudulent or suspicious activities.
- Cookie Duration 5.1 The referral tracking is facilitated through cookies. 5.2 The cookie duration is set at 30 days, meaning that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your Referral Link, you will be eligible for the corresponding commission.
- Modification and Termination 6.1 Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. 6.2 You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying the Company in writing.
- Limitation of Liability 7.1 Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program. 7.2 Company’s total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the Program.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clark County, Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
